How it's Made
ORGANIC BUT DELICATE
When struck by the beautiful organic shape of a flower, leaf, or entire stem, I press it into paper or canvas, where I paint several layers of thoughtful color. Once the paint is dried, she removes the stems to reveal a lovely and perfectly imperfect relief from the leaves.

The Stem Series is an ever-evolving collection of paintings developed in 2020. The idea was simple: beautiful stems and leaves that deserve to be preserved forever as art.
About Me
I'm a Texas-born artist and creative currently based in my hometown of Brenham. I studied business and advertising at the University of Texas at Austin, but painting and design have always been my true passions. I believe creativity is all about connecting the seemingly unconnected—and that idea drives everything I do.
